Fryd and Floke is the name of our sailboat. "Fryd and Floke" can be translated to English as "Delight and Tangle". It's always a delight to sail away, but sometimes a little bit tangle appears from nowhere. Like a very tangled rope when you really need to do things fast. We are Jan (Captain) and Ronnaug (Cook, photographer, first fender+++), we live in Norway but like to travel to other countries. We bought this sailboat in 2015 and we enjoy every minute we can spend out on the water.
Beer Tasting at Fredrikstad Beer Festival
This Saturday startet with 20 degrees in the morning. Its looking good for a boat trip to a beer festival. The sailboat was switch out with a motorboat with the dog Messi as captain. Sailing to Koster

Happy easter
Soon this winter has reached its end we hope. Our sailing season 2018 can begin in the middle of april. We are really looking forward to it!
